Terms & Conditions

These terms govern access to my-royal.com and every order placed with My Royal. Please read them before submitting an order.

1. Agreement and eligibility

By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked below. You must provide accurate information and be legally capable of entering a contract. If you buy for another recipient, you confirm you are authorised to provide their delivery information.

2. Products and responsible purchase

We aim to display accurate descriptions, ingredients or specifications, sizes, images, availability and prices. Screen colours and packaging may vary, and manufacturers may update packaging without changing the product. Read the product page and label before use. Nothing on the site replaces professional medical advice. You are responsible for checking local import, age, allergy, dietary or use restrictions before ordering.

3. Prices, currency and taxes

The store base currency is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). A currency display may show an estimated converted amount; the final currency and amount are shown before payment. Product price, discounts, shipping and any tax charged by us are itemised at checkout. International customers are responsible for import duty, customs charges, local tax and brokerage assessed by their authorities or carrier unless checkout expressly states otherwise.

4. Orders and contract formation

Submitting checkout is an offer to buy. We send an acknowledgement after submission, but acceptance occurs when we confirm the order for fulfilment or dispatch it. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch for stock errors, pricing or description errors, suspected fraud, payment failure, address or shipping restrictions, legal restrictions or inability to fulfil. If we cancel after collecting payment, we refund the affected amount to the original payment method.

5. Payments and security

Available payment methods and accepted card brands are displayed at checkout. Payments may be processed by Stripe or another displayed provider. You authorise the charge shown at checkout and confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method. The website uses HTTPS, and complete card numbers and security codes are handled by the payment provider rather than stored by My Royal. A bank may apply currency-conversion or international transaction fees outside our control.

6. Promotions

Coupons, discounts, free-shipping offers and promotions are subject to the conditions displayed with the offer, including dates, eligible products, destinations, minimum spend and usage limits. Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be exchanged for cash or combined. If a return causes an order to cease meeting a promotion condition, the refund may reflect the promotion actually retained, subject to applicable law.

7. Shipping, delivery and customs

Eligible destinations, available methods, estimated transit times and calculated rates are set out in our Shipping Policy and shown at checkout. Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and are not guarantees. Tracking is provided when available. Risk of loss passes on delivery to the address supplied, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Customs delays, inspections, duties and import decisions are controlled by the destination authorities.

8. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Cancellation is available before dispatch. Eligible unopened goods may be returned within seven days after delivery, subject to the conditions and exceptions in our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy. That policy also explains damaged, incorrect or missing items, return approval, costs and refund timing. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

9. Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for protecting account credentials and notifying us of suspected unauthorised use. Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, run card tests, introduce malicious code, scrape protected data, interfere with checkout, submit false information or use the store unlawfully. We may restrict access or cancel affected orders.

10. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the website design, text, graphics, logos, photographs and other content are owned by or licensed to My Royal and protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Personal shopping use is permitted; reproduction, resale or commercial exploitation requires written permission.

11. Liability

Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, My Royal is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss caused by inaccurate information supplied by the customer, unlawful import, or events outside reasonable control. Our aggregate liability concerning an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order, except where a higher liability is required by law.

12. Changes, severability and governing law

The terms applying to an order are those displayed when it is placed. We may update future terms by publishing a revised date. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and disputes are subject to the courts of Malaysia, without removing any mandatory consumer protection available to you.
